Fresh ingredients, tasty authentic food and friendly efficient staff.
We were a party of three and ordered two dishes recommended by the waitress and a chicken ramen for the problematic young eater. All three dishes were tasty.
We will definitely return on our next visit to Vancouver -

Love this place. I just moved from Richmond but when I lived there this was my jam.
When you order takeout, they offer you water or a pot of hot tea and they give you a spot to sit. There are lots of veggie options and the food is fresh, tasty and hot! The service is pretty fast and always, always friendly. And reasonably priced- dare I say cheap. I went through a phase where I had a serious Vietnamese craving and so I ate at 3 different Vietnamese restaurants in the Richmond Centre vicinity, within 3 days (I know sad) and this one was by far the cheapest and best in terms of quantity and quality! After that I never went back to the others. And yes, I did tone it down a bit since then. Now I only go once in a while. Actually I've since gone low-carb and I can say that their salads are amazing:) -

Decent Pho place in the heart of Richmond.
Parking is available in the sketchy lot next to the building. Try not to get dinged.
The interior is bright yellow and looks a wee bit cheesy. With that said, many places in SE Asia do kind of look like this too. There's also a nice large patio on the N side, though this area needs more shade. We sat here and had to keep shifting to not get cooked by the sun.
Staff were friendly.
The pho here is standard fare. Decent but nothing special.
Not a bad place. Wouldn't mind coming back, though there are many other places in the vicinity. -

When I first arrived I was slightly confused about how to get in. I tried to go around the back to find another door and that's when I saw a sign directing people to another side entrance. Id suggest moving the sign to the very front of the westminster entrance as it was hard to see unless people are already walking towards the side. We ordered the spring rolls, lemongrass chicken and beef ball noodles. The lemongrass Chicken wasn't very good..a tad too sweet in my opinion, but the noodle soup and spring rolls were pretty good. Service was decent and prompt which is always noteworthy.
I may come back but probably not order the chicken again! -

This spot has cheaper prices than the Kingsway location. Like that it's family run. A bit strange decor.
